TERMS OF SERVICE This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the administration of the website l2portal.online (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) when using the website and its services. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. Using the website l2portal.online means the User's unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. 1.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the website. 1.3. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement. The new version comes into force upon publication. 1.4. The website is intended for posting information about Lineage 2 game servers, opening announcements, news, and articles on the subject. 2. USER STATUS 2.1. Any individual who has reached the age of 14 can be a User. 2.2. When registering, the User undertakes to provide accurate information. 2.3. Registration is possible through: - email (with confirmation). 3. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 3.1. The User has the right to: - post information about servers and projects; - leave comments and reviews; - receive information about new projects (when subscribing); - contact the Administration through feedback forms. 3.2. The User is obliged to: - comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation; - not post information contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation; - not use the website to distribute spam, malware; - not violate intellectual property rights; - not post information defaming the honor and dignity of others. 4. ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 4.1. The Administration has the right to: - change, block, or delete information posted by the User; - restrict access to the website in case of violation of the Agreement terms; - collect and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; - store data on User actions for 3 years. 4.2. The Administration is obliged to: - ensure the functioning of the website; - protect Users' personal data; - notify Users of changes to the Agreement. 5. RESPONSIBILITY 5.1. The website is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. 5.2. The User is fully responsible for the information they post. 5.3. The Administration is not responsible for possible damage related to the use of the website. 5.4. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including Google LLC, Yandex LLC, and hosting providers. 6. PERSONAL DATA AND USED SERVICES 6.1. The terms of personal data processing are regulated by the Privacy Policy. 6.2. By using the website, the User consents to the processing of personal data (in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). 6.3. Copying materials is permitted only with attribution and an active hyperlink. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. 8.2. If agreement is not reached, disputes are referred to the court at the User's place of residence in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.3. The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation applies to the relations. 9. FINAL PROVISIONS 9.1. The information posted on the website is for informational and advertising purposes only. 9.2. The invalidity of any provision of the Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions. 9.3. In all other respects, the parties are guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 9.4. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian. 10.
